If you accidentally included an item in your return that wasn't meant to be returned, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@keepthatpump.com.
When you get in touch, please include:
- Your order number
- The name of the item that was returned by mistake
- A brief explanation of what happened
Once we receive your request, we'll work with our warehouse to determine whether the item can be located before it is processed.
If we're able to locate and recover the item, you'll need to arrange a prepaid return shipping label and email it to our support team. We'll then provide it to our warehouse so they can send the item back to you.
Please note that while we'll do our best to recover the item, we can't guarantee that it will be possible if the return has already been processed.
