Don't worry! If you've already sent your return without the packing slip, your return can still be processed.
To help our warehouse identify your return as quickly as possible, please contact our Customer Support team and provide:
- Your order number
- The courier or postal service used (if available)
- Your tracking number (if available)
We'll make a note on your return so our warehouse team can match your parcel when it arrives.
Please note that returns without a packing slip or order details may take a little longer to process, as our team will need to manually identify the parcel before it can be inspected and processed.
If your return hasn't been posted yet, we recommend including the packing slip or writing your order number clearly inside the parcel to help us process your return as quickly as possible.
