If you've already lodged your return but forgot to include an item, don't worry. You can cancel your return and submit a new one that includes all the items you'd like to return.
After submitting your return, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a link to your return. Simply open the link and select Cancel Return. Once cancelled, you can start a new return request with all the items you'd like to include.
If you're unable to cancel the return, or if you've already sent your items back, please contact our Customer Support team before sending any additional items. We'll be happy to check the status of your return and advise you on the best next step.
