- Online orders must be returned or exchanged through our online returns system.
- In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged directly at one of our retail locations.
This applies both ways (online to in-store, and in-store to online) to ensure accurate stock management, efficient fulfilment, and proper documentation for all returns and exchanges.
