We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you’re within that timeframe, feel free to proceed with the return steps below:
1. Refunds & Store Credit:
- Refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used for future purchases.
- Refunds to the original payment method only apply if the item is out of stock or has a genuine fault.
2. Return & Exchange Process:
- Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for inspection and processing of credit.
- We offer a one-time exchange for change-of-mind returns. Please note that KEEPTHATPUMP will not be responsible for the shipping cost associated with the exchange.

- Once your item has already been exchanged once, we're unable to offer additional exchanges beyond this point.
- We’ll issue a store credit that you can use towards another style or collection that may suit you better if you wish to return the exchange order.

- Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
