Receiving an incomplete order is not the experience we aim to deliver. Our fulfilment team takes great care to double-check and scan each item before dispatching orders.
If you believe something is missing, we recommend:
- Checking with anyone at your address who might have received the package on your behalf.
- Visiting your local post office in case part of the delivery was held back or separated.
- Reviewing your order confirmation to make sure the item wasn’t shipped separately or part of a split delivery.

If you added Order Protection to your purchase, please file a claim directly through the “File a Claim” button in your confirmation email or through the Order Protection portal.
