If Australia Post confirms the parcel is lost, please email us at support@keepthatpump.com and include any documentation or screenshots from their investigation so we can assist you further.
If you added Order Protection to your purchase, please file a claim directly through the “File a Claim” button in your confirmation email or through the Order Protection portal.
