Need to update your delivery while it’s on the way?
If your order is being delivered via Australia Post, you may still have time to redirect it. Simply follow the instructions provided in your tracking email. Australia Post allows you to manage your delivery through their online system, as long as the parcel hasn’t reached the final stages of delivery.
If your order was delivered to the wrong address, we suggest contacting the current occupants to see if they can help return or forward the parcel. While we understand this can be frustrating, we’re unable to take responsibility for items that are successfully delivered but cannot be recovered.
Should the parcel make its way back to us, we’ll reach out to arrange a reshipment or issue a refund.
